WhollyU Outdoor yoga is an opportunity to practice yoga in nature. Many yoga asanas were inspired by nature, practicing yoga outside allows us to connect to the earth, wind, sky, and the energies around us.  Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and improves sleep!

This is a 45-minute vinyasa-based yoga practice, the practice will help strengthen and stretch your whole body, and you will feel energized and refreshed after the class. 


Private Yoga Session

HK$780 / Hour

Private lessons will allow your practice to deepen and evolve at your own pace.

You will begin with a personal consultation with Yuen, and from there she will design a practice explicitly tailored to your individual body requirements, strengths, fitness goals, and injuries.


By personalizing your program you will attain optimum results faster and more efficiently.
