Ah Yuan's teaching focuses on gentleness and adaptability, she believes that everyone can do yoga because yoga is in each of us even before the day we were born.  It is in each of our breaths, movement, and awareness.   Ah Yuan encourages students to be in the moment and enjoy the healing power of yoga. She loves seeing students embrace their uniqueness and find freedom in self-acceptance and understanding.

 

The classes provided by Ah yuan include gentle vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation, with aims to restore and balance the practitioner's body, emotions, and mind.
