Focused Flow Series: Better Balance
6 hours @ $90.00
In this 6-week series, we explore movements and techniques to help you improve your ability to balance! This is a flow class, and is best suited for students who can easily get up and down from the floor, as well as bear weight on their hands/wrists.
Weeks 1 & 2: Feet and Ankles
Weeks 3 & 4: Strong Core
Weeks 5 & 6: Strong Hips

How It Works
First, you need to get in touch with me by filling out the form below. We'll set up a time to chat to see if we are a good fit for one another.
After our chat, I will give you a quote, and we will schedule your sessions (in-person or online).
I suggest committing to 3-10 sessions. You will see the best results with consistent practice.
